FAQ SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. I package the merchandise myself alongside running the YouTube Channel and I make every effort to fulfill the orders as quickly as possible.
We ship worldwide!
Please allow 1-2 days for the order to be processed.
Once it has been packaged it usually takes 3-5 days to reach UK addresses.
It can take from 10-20 days to reach other countries.
Unofrtunately I do not offer a tracked postal service as once it reaches the destination country it is handled by various couriers. If your item has not arrived after 20 days please contact your local postal office.
Returns and exchanges
I am happy to offer refunds and exchanges for any products that arrives broken or damaged. Otherwise we offer a no refund policy. Please send a photo of your damaged item to yasmin@yammystudios.com
